This week we have brought brand new weather apps worth trying. 1.  CliMate Released date: 25Jul2020 Downloads:  50+ Size: 2.37 MB Version: 1.15.2  Climate is surely a new entrant to the play store but not just another basic weather app since it offers all the features of a weather app without any ads and in-app purchases with a clean and simlple UI along with loads of customization options. Features: Themes support. Complete weather report for a week. Customizable units Parameters such as temperature, wind speed, Humidity, Pressure, UV Index available. Sunrise and Sunset. Widget support. Graphical representation of the data. Mostly shows accurate data.

Adblock Plus (with a New feature called Trusted News)

As the name imply, the Adblock Plus (developed by eyeo GmbH) an extension for the most popular browsers which would let users surf the web without annoying ads. Adblock is an open source project. This tools basically helps users to block banners, pop-ups, malware, and tracking. Currently, the support is available for browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Maxthon, etc.




Block Ads:  
By default, the Adblock blocks all kinds of ads on the web, including banners, Facebook ads, Youtube ads, pop-ups and more.

Disable Tracking:
There are numbers of firms tracking users online activity and browsing history with each browsing session. Hence using this tool user can disable most tracking and surf web peacefully.

Allow Safe Ads:
The revenue of most of the websites relies on advertising, hence the user can accept the ads feels safe. 

Disable Malware Domains & Disable social media buttons:

By default, Adblock Plus provides some malware protection, but this protection can be extended by configuring to block domains known to spread malware. This helps protect your computer against viruses, Trojan horses, worms, adware, and spyware.

All the Social media buttons used to share content on social media platforms and these buttons are available on almost all websites. With these buttons, social media website servers are able to capture users information to create profile or browsing based ads. 


Trusted News:
Now, Adblock Plus developer eyeo GmbH will use blockchain technology in its browser extension Trusted News. The beta browser extension, initially it’s just available for Chrome and is intended to help Internet users spot sources of fake news when they’re exposed to content online.

After being added to Chrome, the browser extension displays a small green check mark against its icon if a news source can be trusted. This extension can also be able to flag untrustworthy, satire, clickbait, user-generated content, malicious or unknown (if the site hasn’t yet been classified).

Powered by MetaCert Protocol, which means comes with an additional layer to the original Internet Protocol stack to restrict cyber fraud and thus helps users to spot fake news.
